We celebrate with Milo Hupp and Luke Lehman who both participated with high school honor ensembles this weekend. Luke performed with the All State Jazz Band on Friday, and Milo performed with the All State Honor Choir last evening.

We remember Michael Weibel who died of a pulmonary embolism on Friday.
Pastor Gwen will be taking the train to Washington DC tomorrow to join with hundreds of other Anabaptists in an action calling for a ceasefire in the ongoing killing in Gaza. We pray that as this group raises their collective voice in song and prayer, the power of LOVE – though the winds of the SPIRIT – would move the hearts of those in power to stop the killing.
Let us be in prayer with Iglesia Bautista Emmanuel for special leaders who work each weekend in rural communities to teach and preach the gospel lessons

Whether in the face of hurt, loss, and violence
We see you take a path of reconciliation
You show us that boundaries can be expanded
Whether religious, gender, ethnic
We see you reveal new ways of being
You show us healing and transformation
Whether from health, brokenness, or grief
We see you engage and touch those in need
You meet us where we are
Whether on the road, out at sea, by the well
